  • Legal Compliance

    All legal responsibilities concerning our company are complied with.

  • Prevention of Discrimination

    All employees have equal rights based on the fact that; There will be no discrimination in hiring, compensation, access to training, promotion, or termination or retirement based on race, religion, national origin, gender or political affiliation.

  • Pricing

    Normal and overtime payments specified by law are applied. This level is considered as the base and salary arrangements can be made to improve the living conditions of the employee by making evaluations based on knowledge, skills, and performance.

  • Working hours

    Applicable legal obligations are complied with when determining working hours, and the principle of volunteering for overtime is complied with.

  • Health and Safety in the Workplace

    By providing occupational health and safety training to employees, we ensure their participation in relevant practices and raise awareness. Improvement activities are continuing to find and eliminate deficiencies through risk analysis, and the company strives to provide a healthy working environment for all its employees.

  • Child Labor Prohibition
